Praveen Singh is an experienced Engineering Manager with a passion for Cloud/IoT based product delivery that aligns with enterprise goals. With over 15 years of relevant experience, Praveen has a proven track record of managing individuals and multiple Scrum teams to deliver high-quality products. Currently working as a Software Engineering Manager at Siemens, Praveen is part of the R&D team of Siemens MindSphere, an open Operating System for Industrial Internet (IIoT). He manages the quality delivery of MindSphere platform features on public & private cloud. Praveen has also worked as a Software Engineering Associate Manager at Siemens, where he managed the quality delivery of MindSphere platform features on AWS, Azure, and Azure Stack (On-Premise). Prior to joining Siemens, Praveen worked at General Electric as a Staff Technical Product Manager. In this role, he understood customer requirements and created and managed the backlog for the team. He also contributed as a Senior Java developer for the Cloud-based platform Predix and set up and managed the CI/CD pipeline (DevOps). Praveen holds an M.Tech in IT from the International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore, and a B.Tech in EC from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. He is skilled in Senior Software Engineering, AWS, Azure, product management, CI/CD, Java, and DevOps. Praveen believes that the team is the key strength of product delivery and can wear multiple hats at the same time to ensure the successful delivery of products that align with enterprise goals. He is passionate about working on Cloud/IoT based products and adhering to the big picture of the enterprise goals.
