Pravin Sharma is a highly experienced professional in the construction industry with expertise in warehouse construction. With over 14 years of relevant experience, he has developed a strong skill set in project management, construction management, contracts, bidding, negotiations, and cost control. He is also well-versed in quality assurance and control, quantity surveying and billing, and statutory compliance and liaison. Pravin has worked with several leading companies in the industry, including Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd. and Vega Schools. In his previous roles, he has been responsible for defining the scope of work, resource planning, work priorities, and look-ahead plan. He has also worked closely with consultants and architects to ensure timely receipt of drawings and highlight concerns and issues. Pravin is an expert in planning and designing software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, and AutoCAD. He has also possessed a Green Belt in Six Sigma and is an expert in GIS (Geographical Information System) with Raster and Vector Data compilation from CDAC. Currently, Pravin is serving as the Vice President Technical Operations at Lamba Techno Flooring Solutions Pvt Ltd, where he is responsible for ensuring that warehouses are more than just steel boxes. Pravin is a B.Sc (Engg) Civil graduate from BIT, and his technical skills include QA and senior software engineering.
