Preeti Mohapatra is a Software Engineer at Mphasis with 3.85 years of relevant experience. Her current role includes working on Service Now as a ticketing tool, handling service requests and incidents, and conducting cybersecurity security audits. She has also coordinated and supported internal audit requirements and worked closely with APBR, CIAM, and RSA TOKEN ADMINISTRATOR, among others. Preeti has knowledge of security tracks such as PKI, DLP, DAM, APBR, CIAM, SSO/MFA, VDS, RSA TOKEN ADMINISTRATOR, and PAM. She is proficient in using tools such as SNOW (Service Now), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Citrix. Prior to her current role, Preeti worked as a Marketing, Research & Communication Track intern at PraDigi EdTech and as a Technical Support Associate at Concentrix. At PraDigi EdTech, she opened doors of opportunities for children and young people from low-tech communities and enhanced her research skills and ability to think creatively. At Concentrix, she was responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures, and managing the ticketed query system. Preeti holds a Bachelor of Computer Application degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University and has completed her schooling from The Army Public School. She has also completed various courses such as trends in cybersecurity, ML data science, ITIL 4, cloud security, and CISA 2019. In addition to her professional experience, Preeti has participated in various activities and societies such as a Diversity Photo Contest conducted by ACE 2022, an Impactful Speaker conducted by Indian Leadership Academy (ILA), and actively participated in Zumba, Yoga, and Book Reading Sessions. She has also received certificates of completion, appreciation, and commitment, among others.
