Prem Narayan is a highly experienced Lead Engineer with over 12 years of experience in managing and troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues. He has a strong background in Windows Server administration, including Windows Server 2003/2008/2012/2016, Active Directory (AD), replication, troubleshooting and monitoring. Prem is skilled in troubleshooting issues with Group Policy, NTFS permissions, Active Directory Users and Computers, Active Directory Sites and Services. He also has experience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Domain Controllers and Additional domain controllers, RODC. Prem is proficient in managing and configuring VMware ESXi Implementation, including machine creation, drivers installation in VM, allocation of hardware, DRS, and creation of Cluster. He has experience in analyzing system faults, reviewing diagnostic tests using Performance Monitor, and troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems and underlying hardware to identify problems. In addition to his technical expertise, Prem has experience in managing and configuring Windows Deployment Services (WDS), DHCP, DNS, ADC, Group Policy, and Microsoft Outlook. He is also experienced in managing and configuring Sonicwall firewall, PFSense, and Cisco WAP. Currently, Prem works as a Lead Engineer at Navisite, where he installs, configures, and manages windows workload running on VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, AWS, GCP, and manages active directory (on-premises and cloud). He also manages Office 365, Azure AD, and AD Connect. Prior to Navisite, Prem worked as a Senior Engineer at RDX (Remote DBA Experts) and as a Technical Specialist at HCL. He has a BCA degree in Software Engineering from IGNOU and completed his high school education from Govt. Boys Sr. Sec. School.
