Prince Arora is a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with 7 years of experience working with early-stage startups in building businesses. Currently, Prince is working as a Senior Software Engineer at Gembah, where he is working remotely. He has previously worked as a Software Engineer with teams across the globe, engineering great products. At AlmaBase, he led the entire platform backend up-gradation from Python2 to Python3 (100k + lines of code), with a minimal 2 min downtime. He also single-handedly engineered the entire low latency service to power events product and implemented the user tracking mechanism for peer-to-peer fundraising product. Moreover, he built a reusable plug n play feed backend using getstream.io to be used across products. He was co-responsible for backend code quality and stability of the product. He automated CI/CD using Ansible and led the setup of the automation testing process and strategy. He helped the product grow 10x from 25 to 250 customers. Prince has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, where he completed his education in 2015. He also attended St. Dominic Savio College from 1997 to 2011.
