Prince Jain is an experienced Application Support and Test Engineer currently working at AT&T as an Onsite Coordinator for the team at offshore. With over 12 years of relevant experience, he is responsible for maintenance, support, and operations of contract software applications. He actively hosts meetings and open chatrooms to resolve issues encountered by end-users and provides knowledge to new team members as part of knowledge transfer. Prince is involved in API testing by checking logs of critical projects and enhancements and is also responsible for creating AOTS tickets and USH tickets to track the status of tickets. He is accountable for performing daily operations tasks required for the ongoing functionality of the software applications and prepares daily issue reports and creates M&P`s to handle issues in the production environment. Prince has experience in leading and mentoring offshore teams to meet client expectations, timeliness, and quality. He distributes work among offshore resources and resolves issues to get them completed. He has programming and debugging skills required to develop queries/reports of varying complexity and troubleshoot and fix programmatic issues. Before joining AT&T, Prince worked as a Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra, where he was responsible for analyzing and understanding requirements for effective test planning of new scopes and projects. He designed and executed test plans, test cases, and generated reports while mapping business requirements with them. He also performed functional, system, regression, retest, and adhoc testing and updated test status in HP Quality Center. Prince holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Hindu College of Engineering and a BE degree from Bal Bhavan Public School. He has relevant experience in SDET, software engineering, and testing.
