Princy Gupta is a highly motivated and results-driven individual with several years of experience as a Service Engineer. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from GD Goenka University and is expected to graduate in July 2022. Princy is passionate about exploring new opportunities in the Human Resources field and the HR industry. She is a quick learner and has a strong desire to enhance her knowledge and skills in this field. Currently, she is working as a Human Resources Intern at Protrainy, where she is gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. Prior to this, Princy has worked as a Human Resources Intern at Unnati and Arbitrium - the power of choice, where she assisted in various HR-related activities such as employee onboarding, training and development, and HR data management. Princy holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from PDM University, where she graduated in December 2017. She has also completed various certification courses related to HR, which have helped her to develop a strong foundation in this field. With her relevant experience of 5.61 years, Princy is confident in her ability to excel in the Human Resources field and contribute to the growth of any organization she works with.
