Pritam Badwar is an impact-driven professional with over 7 years of experience in the ecommerce and financial services industry. He has worked in high-growth startups, joining their early teams and has been exposed to the complete lifecycle of credit products, from onboarding to utilization and collection. Pritam's core skills include building scalable processes and products for the masses. He is highly motivated, execution-focused, and a team player with a data-driven and innovation-focused mindset. Currently, Pritam is working at udaan as Growth and Product - FinTech Business, where he is responsible for building credit products for small businesses. He has managed the Apparel and Fresh category credit portfolio, seeded credit products, and monetization. Pritam has designed and launched manual underwriting frameworks, invoice-based credit, running accounts with early payment discount flows, geo-tagging operations, and credit on install programs to increase book size. He has also launched beat collection, digital payments, and cash drop point pilots to control fresh category DPDs and the cost of collections. Pritam has worked on various central projects such as automation of bureau reporting, launching prepayment flow, pseudo limit flow, credit tenure product, cash-credit pricing, cKYC, offline Aadhar Xml, and Form 60 flow design. He has also focused on user experience, setting up a sales support desk, and working on the design of credit ledger, payment flows, refund flows, among others. Prior to udaan, Pritam worked at flyrobe as a Process Analyst, where he set up e2e category operations in 4 cities and efficiently scaled it. He also designed internal console workflows and refund dashboards to manage end-to-end operations. At handyhome (acquired by UrbanClap), Pritam was part of the core team and set up processes to support daily 2k volumes. He launched an active follow-up system to reduce cancellations. Pritam holds a Master of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from VIT. He was the winner of udaan's first Ideathon'20, where he ideated udaanCare, an insurance product for SMEs. Overall, Pritam has 9.19 years of relevant experience.
