With over 8 years of relevant experience, Prithvi has a deep understanding of the industry and the technical expertise to deliver results. Currently, Prithvi works as a Senior Engineering Manager at Unacademy, where he is responsible for helping the team figure out and solve the Offline Experiences charter to scale up. He is also rooting for the teams to figure out the best Educator experiences. Additionally, Prithvi is helping grow the internal processes and workflows for efficiency. In his previous role at Snapwiz, Prithvi led the team of 20+ members across all segments for the Edulastic product revamp transition. He enabled the team to go remote, setting up processes and paths to improve overall efficiency. Prithvi also mentored and shaped a few of the core transformations on the engineering practices. Prithvi has a Master of Technology in Software Systems with a Data Science Specialization from BITS Pilani Work Integrated Learning Programmes. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications from East Point College of Engineering & Technology affiliated with Visveswaraya Technological University. Prithvi has a diverse tech stack, including Senior Software Engineer, test, SQL, Web, MongoDB, Redis, Javascript, PHP, MySQL, Redux, Mobile, NodeJS, Golang, and Java. He is always eager to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
