Priti Bakale is a dynamic product management leader with a passion for driving growth in B2B SaaS. With over 6 years of relevant experience, Priti is an entrepreneur at heart with extensive experience in product engineering, product positioning, and competitive analysis. Currently serving as an Associate Vice President of Products at Winjit Technologies, Priti is responsible for leading the company's B2B SaaS product strategies for driving ARR growth and customer success. She has managed cross-functional team initiatives for critical cross-product milestones and worked towards defining go-to-market and product positioning strategies for Winjit products: IoTSense and PredictSense. Priti has also initiated product-led growth practices for Winjit products, driving product BU business efficiencies with cultural innovation. Priti has a proven track record of leading product management activities for flagship products, including IoTSense at Winjit Technologies and LeoRoc smart vehicle devices, app, and safety infrastructure web app at Leoroc Technology Pvt Ltd. She has worked with a team of MEAN Stack developers, product analysts, UI/UX designers, Android developers, iOS developers, embedded developers, and software engineers to deliver quality products. Priti believes in creating an inclusive, high-performance, and innovative culture. She thrives in creative strategy formation with extensive research in areas like product engineering, product positioning, and competitive analysis to strengthen customer-focused marketing and drive sales. Priti has a diverse tech stack that includes product management, research scientist, designer, AI, UI, Android, iOS, web, and infra. Priti holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Sanjivani Group of Institutes. She is currently pursuing a Product & Growth Bootcamp from GrowthX, which will be completed in December 2022.
