Priya Changol is an experienced Payment Reliability Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Currently working at PayPal as a Payment Operations - Braintree Reliability Engineering (BRE), she is responsible for facilitating BrainTree Live Payments and Payments Engineering. Priya has expertise in providing support for 3DS, Pre and Post Processing transactions, Authorizations, Settlements, Pay with PayPal & Pay with Venmo, ACH, and more. Prior to joining PayPal, Priya worked at Infosys as a Senior Systems Engineer. During her tenure, she worked around CRM and was responsible for handling the requirement gathering and implementation. As a Service desk Analyst, she also provided technical guidance to newbies in the team and helped users with their problems while using the application. Priya also worked as a Developer, Tester, and Analyst, where she developed complex MVC Controller, View Models, and Helper methods linked to the backend database. Priya has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Chitkara University. She also holds a Science degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from Government Model Senior Secondary School - 33. She completed her schooling from Tribune Model School. Priya has a strong technical background and is proficient in SRE, test, Javascript, and Backend.
