Priyanka Kerhalkar is an experienced Engineering Manager with over 20 years of experience in the conception, analysis, architecture/design, and development of world-class products and multi-tier enterprise applications. As a thought leader, she has a clear understanding of customer pain-points and makes prudent decisions around the technical and functional aspects of the product. Priyanka is an Engineering Leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering results in complex and ambiguous environments. She has a proven track record of growing small teams into mature scalable organizations that deliver high-quality products. Priyanka is also adept in Agile project management and follows best practices in driving product goals, development, QA, and DevOps. She has led the Pega Robotics (RPA) product in Pega India and has experience in driving the development of Cloud and On-prem omni-channel Pega CRM applications. Priyanka has prior experience in BFSI (Morgan Stanley and Citigroup), particularly in Risk applications, Reconciliation (Sungard’s intelliMatch and intelliTracs), FIX, SWIFT, Legacy migration, SOX compliance, and Basel III compliance. Currently, Priyanka is the Director, Software Engineering at Salesforce, where she is responsible for leading a team of software engineers and driving the development of Salesforce products. Previously, she worked as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Salesforce and as a Sr. Manager, Robotics at Pegasystems, where she led the development of Pega's RPA platform. Priyanka holds a M. Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a B.E degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Jabalpur Engineering College. She also attended St Joseph's Convent in Jabalpur. Her technical skills include Salesforce, Senior Software Engineer, QA, Swift, and DevOps. With over 20.19 years of relevant experience, Priyanka is a seasoned professional who is passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering world-class products.
