Priyanka Padalalu is a skilled Tech Lead Software Engineer with over 2.87 years of relevant experience in developing Java-based applications using SpringBoot, AWS, Hibernate, Maven, and Angular 8. She is currently working at Nice, where she has contributed to the development of a Work Force Optimization product called Engagement Manager. Priyanka has developed multiple Microservices that expose various Domain Driven design based REST APIs using which the Agent's User Interface can perform activities like view schedule, trade, etc. She has also developed a Spring boot application that was deployed as an AWS Batch Job and has experience using other AWS services like Kinesis, CloudWatch Rules, Lambda, Elasticache, DynamoDB, etc. Additionally, Priyanka has developed an Angular 8 Web application that communicates with the aforementioned REST APIs. Priyanka has adopted core Agile programming practices like Test-Driven and Behaviour-Driven Development, clean code, rigorous refactoring, etc. in her work. Prior to her current role, she worked as a Software Engineer at Nice, where she contributed to the development of a Workforce Management product in an Agile based Scrum team. She has also worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Nice. Priyanka holds a Master of Technology in Data Science and Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which she is expected to complete in December 2022. She also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from MIT College of Engineering, which she completed in December 2017.
