Priyanka Sharma is an experienced HR professional with over two years of experience in managing human resources and administration. She is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at Umenit Solutions, where she is responsible for handling HRIS, drafting and documentations, talent acquisition, talent management, people care, employee engagement, HR operations, internal communications, performance management system, salary negotiation, payroll management, attendance management, and other HR related activities. Priyanka has expertise in diverse business environments and is a result-oriented, self-driven, self-motivated, and passionate individual with essential leadership potential. She is a strong team player and has the ability to blend with people and adapt to diverse kinds of environments. Prior to her current role, Priyanka worked as an HR Executive at Umenit Solutions and as a Consultant HR at Zbee India Pvt Ltd. At Zbee India Pvt Ltd, she was involved in framing HR policies, employee induction and orientation, recruitment and joining formalities, and taking care of all admin works of the office. Priyanka holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from YMT College of Management Kharghar Navi Mumbai, Mumbai University Mumbai. She also has a graduation degree in Chemistry from Magadh University and completed her senior secondary education with a focus on Maths and Biology from Bihar Intermediate.
