Priyanka Tripathi is a proactive and passionate multi-tasker with over 4.5 years of experience as a Software Test Engineer. She has a strong background in critical thinking and analyzing system specifications and business requirements of end clients using Agile Scrum Methodology. Priyanka is well-versed in different testing methodologies, including functional and non-functional testing, and has hands-on experience in AWS Kubernetes, Kafdrop, Offset Explorer, Camunda, Kibana, puTTY, POSTMAN, Jira, Confluence, Oracle SQL, and MS Office (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT). Currently working as a Functional Test Engineer at Amdocs, Priyanka is responsible for executing functional test procedures under the guidance of managers/leads, identifying issues, proposing system improvements, and performing repetitive test execution for resolution of identified issues. She also gathers and documents the outcome of test executions and all information needed to support ongoing measurements and reporting on risks, defects, and test procedures. Priyanka is skilled in tracking and reporting defects over Defect Management tool like Jira, reports discrepancies, and analyzes them to determine the root causes. She coordinates with Development and Infra teams/peers on the resolution of issues, overseeing the testing progress, and ensuring that high standards of quality are being met. Priyanka also compares and analyzes system behavior vs. expected results/KPIs based on business and technical requirements and participates in and contributes to internal design reviews of testing materials. Priyanka has previously worked as a QA Analyst at 91mobiles and as a QA Tester (Manual)-Development at diro – internet original documents, inc. She has expertise in manual testing, mobile (device testing), and web application testing. Priyanka has in-depth experience in software defect prevention and early detection, including functional, non-functional testing, smoke, sanity, feature, regression, and user-acceptance testing in the Android platform. She is also skilled in API testing using tools like POSTMAN and has experience in working in Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Priyanka holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics & Communication engineering from PSIT Kanpur (Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology) and completed her schooling in Science with Computers from The Chintels School.
