Priyanshu Priyam is a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer with a passion for HealthTech and FoodTech. He is currently working as a Data Science Researcher at IIT Jodhpur, Rajasthan, where he is using Raman Spectroscopy to predict adulteration and other micro functional nutrients in Honey. Priyanshu has gained valuable experience from his previous roles as a Machine Learning Intern at Infyu Labs and a Data Science Intern at Ayurythm. During his time at these companies, he developed a strong understanding of Machine Learning and Data Science, which he has been able to apply to his current role. Priyanshu is currently pursuing a degree in Biomedical Sciences and Artificial Intelligence from IIT, which he is set to complete in 2024. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Food Technology and Management from the National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management, which he completed in 2022. In addition to his academic qualifications, Priyanshu has a strong technical skill set, including expertise in ML, Data Science, Research Science, and testing. He has 1.59 years of relevant experience in these areas, which he has gained through his academic studies and previous internships. Priyanshu is a highly motivated individual who is passionate about using his skills to make a positive impact in the HealthTech and FoodTech industries.
