Priydarshan Jha is an accomplished digital product leader with over 14 years of experience in product strategy and adoption, agile transformation, program management, data analytics, and technology solution designing. He has been part of the product/project life cycle (PLC) and software development life cycle (SDLC) as a product manager, product owner, program manager, project manager, and product development lead. Priydarshan is an agile expert and has led multiple agile transformation projects. He is a natural problem solver with established credibility in managing large, complex, and ambiguous products and projects. Strategic and tactical product leadership is his forte, and he is an influencer with a very clear and structured thought process. He has collaborated with cross-functional global teams while delivering large value business products and solutions. In addition to his corporate experience, Priydarshan has also founded two startups ventures in the L&D and operation management domain. He ramped down these startups after 4 years of growth and learning journey, to pursue higher studies. Priydarshan holds a Master's degree from IIFT and an Engineer's degree from UPTU. He has a strong technical background in business intelligence, data warehousing, data analytics, data engineering, ETL, databases, PL/SQL, UNIX, and shell scripting. He also has a basic understanding of Tableau, Big data, Cloud computing & Python.
