Promit Mukherjee is an experienced QA Engineer with over 7 years of relevant experience in Functional and Non-Functional Testing of Windows, Web, and Mobile-based Applications. He has a good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Bug life cycle, Waterfall, V-Model, and Agile methodology. He is skilled in using tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Maven, POM, REST Assured, J Meter, Jira Administration, Stored Procedure, Excel Dashboard, and more. Promit has domain experience in Telecom/Wireless/RF Technologies, Fin-Tech/Remittance Solutions/Payment Gateway/Vertual Banking. Currently, he is working with AGPAYTECH LTD. as a QA Engineer, where he is exploring products related to payment gateway, remittance solutions, virtual banking software, and forex solutions. He is responsible for creating test plans, test design, test beds, and test environments by configuring test servers. He is experienced with sprint planning and maintaining and prioritizing roadmaps of backlogs for each sprint timeline in order to deliver fast. Promit is also responsible for preparing to create test scenarios and test cases for each user story defined by Business Analyst/Domain Expert. In his past roles, Promit has worked with Cemtics and TEOCO as a QA Engineer and Software QA Engineer, respectively. Promit holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal formerly WBUT.
