Puja Brahmasmi is a visionary entrepreneur, business leader, and executive coach with over two decades of experience in senior leadership positions across consulting, IT services, and hospitality industries. She is the Founder, CEO, and Chief Product Officer (CPO) of XCalibrate Global, where she is creating SherlockSuperCoach.AI, an AI-powered coaching platform optimized for the thinking preferences of users. Puja co-conceptualized SherlockSuperCoach.AI in 2019 and founded XCalibrate Global in 2020 with her founding team. She is now focused on rolling out the platform in the Indian and US markets to impact millions of aspiring millennials and Gen Z professionals who need coaching and guidance to achieve their goals. Puja is also the Co-Founder of Recalibrate, an Innovation and Whole Brain Leadership Consulting company she pivoted twice, and Boma India, which is part of Boma Global Network. Boma India supports business leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, and change-makers to be more intentional and intelligent about the future. Puja is a single mother of three daughters, and she loves spending time with them and giving them the wings to fly. Puja found her passion for coaching in 2014 and has coached leaders across India and the US in varied industries. She holds an ACI Executive Coaching Certification from Columbia University, NYC, and her coaching style blends over 23 years of her own corporate and senior management expertise, a deep-rooted passion for working with people, Whole Brain thinking, research-based Columbia University coaching method, and methodology. Her underpinning of coaching is in Whole Brain Thinking, EI, +ve Psychology, and Business Strategy. Puja's educational background includes a PGDBM from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a BSc. (H) Physics from Miranda House, Delhi University. She also holds an ACI Executive Coaching Certification from Columbia Business School. Her tech stack includes AI, product management, and research scientist, and she has 20.69 years of relevant experience.
