Punit Mehta is a highly experienced Program Manager with over 14 years of experience in AGILE SCRUM management, ITIL, process improvement, risk management, project delivery, and managing multiple teams across different geographic locations. Currently serving as the Senior Technical Program Manager at Zeta, Punit is responsible for the successful execution and delivery of multiple projects for the company. Prior to joining Zeta, Punit worked as a Sr. Technical Program Manager at Automation Anywhere, where he was involved in the management of the ML-based Cognitive IQ Bot product. He was responsible for sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives, and helped the team with removing roadblocks. Punit was also responsible for publishing appropriate metrics for the senior leadership team. Before Automation Anywhere, Punit worked as an Engineering Lead at NES Associates, LLC, where he was responsible for designing, leading, and delivering projects to the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), a sub-agency of the United States Department of Defense. He executed projects using AGILE SCRUM methodology and engaged in activities such as Service Desk Management and Cyber Security Management. Punit holds a Master's degree in Information Management from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai. He is also proficient in AI and ML technologies. With his extensive experience in program management and his expertise in AGILE SCRUM methodology, Punit is a valuable asset to any organization.
