Pupul Goel is a highly qualified and results-oriented professional with over 10 years of experience in driving digital payments, payment gateway integrations, bank relations, strategic partnerships, digital lending, and financial operations. She has an impressive track record of ensuring best-in-class customer experience and improving overall conversion and realization numbers. Currently, she is working as a Product Manager for Consumer Experience and Payments at Oyo, where she is responsible for managing the entire digital payments landscape for Oyo's international expansion, including the US, Europe, LATAM, SEA, and Middle East markets. Prior to working at Oyo, Pupul worked with Capital Float, one of India's finest fintech startups, where she managed the entire array of lending operations. She was part of the Capital Markets team and managed operations for disbursal of loans co-lent by HNIs, pass-through certificates (securitization), NCD (non-convertible debentures), handled customer queries and escalations, and investor relations. Before Capital Float, Pupul worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank as a Deputy Manager for Priority Banking, where she was responsible for first-time checking of account opening forms as per Know Your Customer norms, coordinating between Area Managers, Privy Relationship Managers, and Service Associates to enhance overall customer experience, drive root cause with clients/operations, and ensure that the service KRAs, reviews, and reporting are intelligently driven. Pupul holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from MANIT and an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from RGTU - Bhopal.
