Pushpa Lekha Koppisetti is a passionate and dedicated software engineer with 4 years of experience in developing full stack applications. Currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at LeanIx, she is responsible for developing new features and fixing problems with existing systems. She has developed full-stack features that migrate old taxonomy factsheets to new TBM taxonomy in EAM, which involves importing new sets of factsheets, changing the relationships of existing data of half a million factsheets. She has also enhanced existing recommendations feature by supporting more filters like confidence. Pushpa has collaborated with the team in designing and architecting precomputed recommendations for more than a million factsheets every day and individually contributed to developing the new APIs and restructuring the existing endpoints. She has refactored the azure event stream consumer codebase and added new use cases that handle factsheet syncing from source collection to all the customer collection workspaces. Pushpa has delivered and integrated unit-tested backend features (Node, Postgresql, Azure event event streams) and UI features (Angular) into microservices within expected time frames. Prior to LeanIx, Pushpa worked as a Product Development Engineer at Phenom where she worked on the CRM product used by recruiters to check candidates, view/publish jobs, trigger email/sms campaigns to candidates. She worked on UI and backend features in the CRM product used by more than 500 clients. Pushpa developed rest APIs in Java microservices that serve data to their UI CRM application and refactored existing APIs. She worked on features like one-to-one emails, recruiter/system campaign flows through which 40 lakh-90 lakh emails will get triggered every day. Pushpa also worked on NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis for caching. She worked on distributed pub-sub systems like Kafka and real-time data processing systems like Storm and scheduling systems like Obsidian to asynchronously trigger the campaigns and emails to recruiters. Pushpa worked on the Angular application and assisted in implementing internalization by which the application can be translated into 7 languages, integrated third-party plugins like ckeditor in the UI application, and designed web pages. She optimized UI applications by implementing lazy loading and optimized backend applications by finding the bottlenecks and rewriting
