Qinmao Zhang is a highly skilled software engineer with almost 5 years of relevant experience in the field. Prior to joining Google, Qinmao worked as a software development intern at Groupon where he designed a new workflow to improve query performance and increase specificity of queries. He also restructured the database to support finer-grained data access to Getaways inventory products and implemented and tested new endpoints for use by Deal Service with full localization support. Qinmao migrated data from an external service with a feature flag and emergency rollback plan.
