Raajat's success in these roles is due to his ability to design effective go-to-market strategies, establish winning teams, and manage P&L and operations. He has also demonstrated his leadership skills by leading a team of 12 Account Managers in Sales and a team of 30 people in Operations at Ola. Raajat's education background includes a Master of Business Administration from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Textile Sciences and Engineering from Shivaji University. He also completed his High School education at St. Pauls Kota, where he studied Science and Mathematics.
