Rachana Narayanan is a former Big Data Analytics Engineer with 2 years of experience in developing data analytics software for CSPs to generate revenue through intelligent digital customer engagement. With excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, she has a true passion for travel. Currently pursuing an MBA in Tourism from the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management, Rachana is eager to join the travel industry and make an impact by revolutionizing travel. During her MBA program, Rachana has been able to develop skills that she believes will be valuable in the travel industry. She has also gained experience in the travel industry by interning for 2 months at Luxe Escape, a boutique luxury outbound travel company. During her internship, she handled outbound operations for destinations such as Singapore, Mauritius, Bali, Thailand, Dubai, Seychelles, Norwegian cruises, and more. Rachana also completed certification in California and attended Atout France Training and South Africa training during the course of her internship. Prior to her MBA, Rachana worked as a Big Data Applications Developer at Flytxt. In this role, she was a core member of a highly dynamic team that developed new features, worked on enhancements on the existing features, and performed ongoing refactoring of code for NEON using J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate frameworks. NEON is a big data analytics-powered customer experience and revenue management platform purpose-built for Communication Service Providers. The platform has multiple business applications built on it to enable CSPs to drive measurable economic value through enhancing revenue, reducing churn, enabling faster decision making, and improving customer experience. Rachana holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from TKM College of Engineering and a High School degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Kerala School, New Delhi. She is proficient in Software Engineering, Big Data, and Spring. With 12.70 years of relevant experience, Rachana is ready to embark on a new journey in the travel industry.
