Rachit Gururani is a seasoned technology executive with over 12 years of experience in product management, software development, and project management. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at BitNiti Technologies, Rachit has successfully designed, developed, and implemented business solutions that have helped his clients achieve their objectives. As a co-founder of BitNiti Technologies, Rachit has played a pivotal role in building and leading a team in technical and offshore operations. He has diversified the company's portfolio by working with clients in various industries such as auto & property insurance, luxury travel, securities & manpower, and HR. Rachit has also designed, developed, and implemented best-in-class software based on industry standards with recommendations from stakeholders across the industry. Rachit's expertise in product development strategies and project management, combined with hands-on experience delivering state-of-the-art products, makes him an asset to any team. He is actively involved in DevOps in an agile environment and has designed and developed a disaster recovery management plan for clients’ systems. Rachit is also skilled in project management with planning at weekly and monthly work plans along with multiple ad hoc projects running simultaneously. He maintains effective staff and resource utilization rates to balance financial and operational obligations. Prior to BitNiti Technologies, Rachit served as the Technical Partner at Astute Staffing Services Pvt. Ltd. where he directed the Astute Staffing Platform engineering team's complex project development and functionality objectives. He developed and implemented a long-term strategic technological blueprint and maintained high-level knowledge of current and emerging technology development and applications. Rachit also coordinated third-party vendors and client IT teams to seamlessly deliver effective solutions and designed enterprise-level technological blueprints and system architectures. Rachit holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from the College of Technology, G.B.P.U.A&T, Pantnagar. He is a senior software engineer, product manager, and has expertise in DevOps and integration.
