Rachit Taneja is a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager and a consultant at Cognizant Consulting. With over 4 years of experience in the insurance domain, he has expertise in application development, business analysis, and consulting for US-based clients. Rachit completed his MBA in Marketing from IMT Ghaziabad and has worked with several renowned companies like TATA Steel, Infosys, and Shemaroo Entertainment Ltd. Currently, Rachit is working as a Consultant with a US-based client in the group-life insurance domain. He is responsible for implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate claims handling, thereby improving efficiency. His work has helped his clients to reduce manual intervention and improve accuracy in claims processing. Before joining Cognizant, Rachit worked as a Short-Term Project - B2B Sales at Shemaroo Entertainment Ltd. where he drove B2B and corporate sales for Shemaroo Devices. He generated prospective sales leads in B2C and B2B channels, increased the width of distribution in online and modern trade space, and strengthened awareness and sales of Shemaroo devices through strategic alliances and partnerships. Rachit also worked as a Marketing Intern at TATA Steel, where he studied stakeholders of the brand "Tata Pravesh" and helped make data-driven decisions for the Odisha territory. Rachit's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from SRM University. He completed his Class XII from GMSSS, Sector 16 Chandigarh. With his expertise in product management and research, Rachit has become a valuable asset to his clients.
