Rachita Bisht is a curious and creative UX Researcher at ShareChat, with a passion for understanding human behavior and designing experiences that connect people. With over 4 years of relevant experience, Rachita has worked on a variety of research-driven projects, focusing on understanding user aspirations and motivations. She has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women and a Senior Secondary degree in Science from Vivekanand School. Rachita's current role as a User Experience Researcher- II at ShareChat involves working on live streaming for Moj, helping creators find their audience and exhibit their talent. She has also worked on a generative research project focused on understanding GenZs in India, which resulted in significant positive changes in the research process at the organization. Her findings and insights helped chart strategies for different teams and resulted in various research problem statements to improve user experience on the app. Trust and safety of the platform was another significant project that Rachita researched on. In her previous role as a User Experience Researcher-I at ShareChat, Rachita contributed to designing experiences for enabling communal spaces inside the platform, such as groups and chatrooms. Her work helped increase the creative confidence of users and allowed them to pursue their interests. She collaborated closely with different teams of engineering, operations, product, and QA, which helped her expand her perspective and refine her thought process of approaching different problem statements. As an intern, Rachita started her exploration in the sphere of UX Research with ShareChat, where she learned how to get started with no practical and theoretical acquaintance under her belt. Rachita's tech stack includes research scientist, test, and QA. Outside of work, she loves to make things that do not make any sense, just to stay connected with her crazy. She is a curious person who loves to connect with people from different spheres, as there is always so much to learn both personally and professionally.
