Radha Rajamoni is a seasoned DevOps and Project Management professional with over 13 years of experience. Currently, she is working as a Sr. Technical Specialist at Shiro Technologies LLC, where she performs comprehensive analysis of business and technical requirements for both front-tier and middle-tier applications. She is responsible for evaluating the specific needs of the users required for upgrading and enhancing the existing system. Additionally, she manages the project from defining roadmap & managing scope till handing it to the customer. Prior to her current role, Radha has worked as a Technical Specialist at Velocix Limited, where she managed large-sized complex projects that are transformational and strategic in nature. She extended and developed Ansible plugins and modules to fully automate AWS management and put the power of deployment into the hands of the product owners. She worked closely with Product Owner and Business Stakeholders/Customers to translate the functional requirements into business processes and managed multi-scrum teams in an Agile scrum environment. Radha also worked as a Senior Software Engineer (Level II) at Qube Cinema, where she worked closely with Product Owner and Business Stakeholders/Customers to translate the functional requirements into business processes. She led a team of four developers with a QA tester in Agile Scrum environment and was involved in multiple development, enhancement, and upgrade projects alongside the Scrum Master. Radha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Anna University, Chennai. She is proficient in DevOps, test, AWS, Ansible, Integration, Software Engineer, qa, Kubernetes, Microservices, and has relevant experience of 13.54 years. Radha has also been involved in various process improvement committees and new joiners orientation programs to provide knowledge about processes and information about all products. She is a mentor and unblocks team members on the progress of delivery by providing necessary guidance and technical support.
