He is currently the Head of Engineering at PhonePe, where he focuses on architecting rich consumer mobile experiences in social and e-commerce space. Radhakrishna comes from a strong coding background concentrated on mobile technologies such as Android, Java, Swift, go lang, and React Native. Radhakrishna specializes in combining modern technological capabilities with customer-centric product stories. He keeps himself updated with the advancements in the Android world and applies them to engineering projects, including Firebase, RxJava, Instant Apps, Jetpack, etc. He also evangelizes best engineering practices like Code reviews, TDD, Unit testing, CI/CD to streamline the Development pipeline. Radhakrishna is always on the lookout for engineering challenges and works towards solving them, whether they are technical, behavioral, or organizational. He has previously worked as an Engineering Manager at PhonePe and Senior Manager - Engineering at Hike, where he lead and mentored two Engineering teams, totaling 20 members. Radhakrishna has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University and completed his pre-university studies at PES Pre-University College, Bangalore. He has a diverse set of technical skills, including Android, iOS, Mobile, CI/CD, Web3, Blockchain, NFT, QA, and Software Engineering.
