Radhika Bhatia Malik is the Founder and CEO of HRonHire.com and HOHTechLabs.com, with a goal of being a one-stop solution provider for startups and SMEs. With nearly 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, operations, and IT services, she has learned that most companies do not take off because of mistakes made during their formulation, which can hurt business performance in the future. Radhika believes in converting business vision into reality and helps businesses achieve their goals. Currently, Radhika is the Founder of HOH Tech Labs Pvt Ltd, a technical incubation center for SMEs and MMEs. She is responsible for process development and implementation, strategic consulting, including business plan and sales strategy development for SMEs and MMEs. Moreover, she is a mentor and coach for E-commerce startups, developing E-commerce strategies and plans for new entrants in the market, and developing the technical roadmap for their E-commerce store. In the past, Radhika was the Founder of HR on Hire, an India-based firm that offers virtual staffing solutions as per the needs of the customer. She provided a ready pool of virtual employees who can work as software/web developers, customer service agents, technical support agents, tele callers, recruiters, SEO executives, etc. She was responsible for building a team as per the client's requirement or hiring individual team members. With HR on Hire, Radhika extended her expert virtual teams to her clients. Radhika's experience also includes being the HR Head at ESDS Software Solution Pvt Ltd, where she was responsible for all gamuts of HR, recruitment, performance management system, employee engagement, trainings, organization development, rewards, and recognition, etc. Radhika holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune. She completed her 10th grade from Nirmala Convent High School. Radhika's tech stack includes web development, and she has relevant experience of 17.37 years.
