Radhika Padia is a highly skilled Quantitative Developer and Data Analyst with a passion for developing low latency market making algorithms to capitalize on inefficiencies in the derivative markets. With over 2.87 years of relevant experience, she has honed her skills in C++ 11 programming, multithreading, and low latency programming. She is also proficient in Python and has a strong background in computational data science. Currently working at Quantx Technology as a Quantitative Developer, Radhika has previously worked at Fidelity as a Graduate Programmer in the Database Management team, where she developed a PowerBI dashboard for management and a web application in Django for better recruitment experience. She has also worked as a Java Intern at HCL, where she developed a customer-dependent customized feedback web-application for software review using Java at the back-end layer and JavaScript at the front-end.
