Radhika believes in innovative entrepreneurship and has co-founded and been a director of Visio Ingenii, VisioTropics, and Visiolucid Technosoft Pvt limited dealing with high-tech next-generation technology solutions. Currently, Radhika is the Chief Technology Officer at Lucrypt Limited, where she is responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
