Radoslav Smilyanov is a highly experienced Senior Java Server Engineer with over 12 years of relevant experience in the field. Currently, he is working with Smule, Inc. as a Senior Java Server Engineer, where he is responsible for designing and developing server-side applications using Java and web technologies. He has a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products and services that meet the needs of clients. Prior to his current role, Radoslav worked with Novarto Ltd. as a Technical Consultant, where he was involved in the development and design of back-office web applications for hardware configurations for one of the biggest manufacturers worldwide. He was also the technical lead and architect of a solution finder web application for a chemical supplier company. Additionally, he was responsible for the development and design of an internal HTTP 2 web server based on Netty, optimization, and load testing of existing applications, mentoring of less experienced colleagues, and clarification and estimation of requirements. Radoslav has also worked with SAP as a Senior Java Developer, where he was responsible for the development and maintenance of web container, deploy service, session management, compilation library, classpath resolver, HTTP client library, and identity management. He also designed and implemented architectural changes and dealt with various customer escalations, performing root cause analysis on-site at customers. Radoslav holds a Bachelor's degree in Math from the University of Sofia, where he graduated in 2011. He also completed his high school education from Otets Paisii in 2002. Radoslav's technical skills include Java, web development, senior software engineering, and testing. He is an excellent team player and has excellent communication skills.
