Radu Sibechi is a Machine Learning Researcher at Quin.md who is passionate about exploring new domains in software engineering and machine learning. He believes in taking on challenges and values quality and efficiency when it comes to delivering results. With a relevant experience of 5.61 years, Radu has worked with some of the leading companies in the field of machine learning. Currently, Radu is working as a Machine Learning Research Engineer (Consultant) at sevenfifty, where he is responsible for working on several machine learning projects. One of his notable projects includes implementing a tool that combines wine bottles and alcohol brands' labels. He has also implemented a recommender system to recommend new products to existing customers. In his previous role at Quin, Radu worked as a Senior Machine Learning Research Engineer, where he worked with other scientists in the machine learning department to research and implement novel ideas for digital healthcare. He was responsible for leading all architectural discussions, design, and risk storming sessions. Additionally, he designed and implemented a framework for large-scale training of machine learning algorithms. Radu has also worked as a Machine Learning Researcher Team Lead (Consultant) at Clearquote, where he coordinated a team of computer vision engineers working on detecting and segmenting various types of car damages. He was responsible for assessing the current architecture and providing feedback on areas of improvement. Radu holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He also holds a High School degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Colegiul National Stefan cel Mare Suceava.
