Rafael Guzmán is a Junior Software Developer with a background in coordinating and controlling activities of documentation teams in engineering projects. He is currently specializing in the Java/SpringBoot stack and ReactJS, with some projects already in his portfolio. Rafael has professional experience in a multinational work environment, where he acted as technical documentation team leader for the Companhia Siderúrgica do Atlântico (now Ternium Brasil) project. As a former combat engineering officer in the Brazilian Army, Rafael has several years of experience in training and education of technical personnel. He is currently serving as an Army Officer - Lieutenant and assisting activities as chief of staff to the director of the Military Institute of Engineering (IME) and Arsenal de Guerra do Rio (AGR/RJ).
