Before joining Sodexo BRS, Rafael worked as a QA Analyst LATAM Sr at PPRO Latam and as a Software Engineer, Atlassian SysAdmin, Atlassian Support Engineer, and Consultant at Itaú Unibanco. At Itaú, Rafael was responsible for optimizing processes for over 20,000 users and customizing new projects using Atlassian market apps such as Script runner, JSU, and automation plugin. He also mapped new customer needs to improve development teams and managed team tasks to build process and features to help the business team create and integrate in the DEVOPS pipeline. Rafael has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from FIAP and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. He is a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in QA, DevOps, Software Engineering, and CI/CD. Rafael is skilled in Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian Service Management, and has experience troubleshooting DevOps (CI/CD) pipelines in Jira and troubleshooting Jira and Confluence Tickets (Level 3). He has also created new spaces to build a platform for agile teams to find all information in one place, like project information, operational procedures, plannings, and tests steps. Rafael is a dedicated professional who is always looking for ways to improve processes and optimize workflows.
