He has worked as a DevOps Engineer at atena usugi informatyczne i finansowe s.a., where he designed new CI/CD pipelines for on-premise OpenShift environments. He also evaluated the performance of existing services in AWS and created observability tools for Kafka. Additionally, he has done AWS cost optimization in Kubernetes clusters running on top of EC2. He supported 4 scrum teams in creating and maintaining the CI/CD process. Rafal has also worked as a Golang Software Engineer at f5, where he built an analytic platform for a new cloud-native product. He worked in a scaled agile project where global 15 teams build a dozen microservices. He was responsible for cross-functional teams collaboration and adopted and improved continuous-integration and continuous-deployment for dozen of projects. He also has expertise in GitLab integration with other processes for continuous deployment and releasing. Other responsibilities include maintaining high quality of tests written in Golang within the team. Rafal holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Warsaw University of Technology.
