Rafee Tarafdar is a renowned technology leader and the Chief Technology Officer of Infosys, a global leader in consulting, technology, and outsourcing solutions. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Rafee is responsible for driving the technology vision and strategy of Infosys, as well as advising and partnering with clients to help them succeed in their digital transformation journeys. As the founder and incubator of the Strategic Technology Group, Rafee has built a team of chief architects, power programmers, and digital specialists who work on large, complex cloud and digital transformation initiatives. He has also spearheaded the Live Enterprise program, which has driven Infosys's own internal transformation to become a digital native company. Today, the Live Enterprise vision, approach, and enabling IP/platforms are helping Infosys clients to accelerate their transformation journeys. Rafee is the co-author of "The Live Enterprise" book, a HBR paper on "Micro changes for Large Scale Transformation," and has presented and published several technology papers. He is a thought leader in the industry and is known for his expertise in emerging technologies, architecture, and technology strategy. Prior to joining Infosys, Rafee worked as an Associate Technical Architect at Virtusa and as a Systems Analyst at Misys. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karnatak University and has also studied at Kendriya Vidyalaya. Rafee's technical expertise includes being a Senior Software Engineer.
