Rafsal Ali M M is a Production Engineer, Quality Engineer, Warehouse Supervisor and Data Analyst with a strong passion for contributing to team success through hard work, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. He has a clear understanding of Production and Quality management systems and has received training in Quality checking and Production scheduling. He is highly motivated to learn, grow and excel in the Manufacturing Industry. Rafsal is an engineer with a wealth of knowledge in Data Analytics and Data Science. He is currently developing his knowledge in managerial skills and other helpful software and coding languages. He is currently working as a Warehouse Supervisor at Onyx Marbles Private Limited. Prior to his current role, Rafsal worked as a Data Science Intern at ShapeAI and as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Savera Kothari India Private Limited. During his time at Savera Kothari, he worked for one year and one month in the elevator guide rail manufacturing firm. He inspected incoming materials and directed the selection process of acceptable raw materials to the production line. He also managed machine-level sample inspection per shift and mobilized the workflow. He supervised process inspection, set-up approval, 5S implementation, final inspection, dispatch report, and educated 200+ employees dealing with work instruction and safety. He performed 150+ end product quality inspections each day using instruments and visual inspection. He initiated teaching supervisors and colleagues about 7QC tools, ISO standards, SPC, MSA, 8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc. theory lectures and their ideologies. He gathered around 200+ local employees to develop shop floor knowledge, motivate them, and clear their doubts and mistakes. Rafsal holds a Bachelor of Technology in Production Engineering from Vidya Academy of Science & Technology, Punnukara, and a High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from AVHSS Ponnani. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Anglia Ruskin University, which will be completed in 2025. Rafsal's technical skills include QA and Data Science, and he has 3.43 years of relevant experience. He is a highly motivated individual with a passion for learning and growing in his career.
