Currently working as a Data Scientist at 24/7.ai, Raga has made significant contributions to the development of conversational models using SOTA deep learning models like Transformers. She has also worked on building reward models for chatbots using Reinforcement Learning and has expertise in Recommendation Systems for personalization/user profiling. Raga started her career as an Associate Data Scientist at Barnes & Noble and later worked as a Software Engineering Intern at AppDirect. She holds an Integrated M.Tech in Mathematics and Computing from IIT Dhanbad and a Masters in Technology from the same institution. She also has a degree from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University, Kanpur.
