He is currently working as a Product Manager at Dream11, where he is responsible for driving the growth and success of the company's fantasy sports platform. With over 5 years of experience in the internet industry, Raghav has a proven track record of delivering successful products. He has a strong background in API design, databases, and backend development, which enables him to effectively lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality products. Raghav is a natural leader and a skilled orator. He has demonstrated his capability in leading small teams and has a passion for mentoring and coaching junior team members. Prior to joining Dream11, Raghav worked as a Tech Lead at A Junior VC, where he helped build an 8000+ member community by offering in-depth analysis on Indian startups. He also worked at Cult.fit, where he spearheaded the launch of Care.Fit's integration with third-party doctors for an online teleconsultation platform and rolled out Cure.Fit’s home-based testing services by integrating with nationwide diagnostic testing service providers. Raghav has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian School of Business, which he will complete in May 2022.
