Raghav Sharma is an experienced Business Technology Lead with a focus on Big Data platforms, Cloud-based solutions, Information Architecture, Business Intelligence solutions, Data warehousing, and Analytics solutions for Life Sciences industry clients. He has a track record of developing implementation strategy, solution design, architecture, and ownership of delivery of large-scale projects. With over 13 years of relevant experience, Raghav's expertise spans across Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations groups within Bio-pharma companies. Currently, Raghav is an Associate Principal at ZS Associates, where he holds a Delivery Lead role in ZS' Big Data CoE for implementation of cloud and big data-based analytical solutions across clients. He is also a Technical Lead for the Biometrics space in the R&D practice area at ZS. Raghav is a co-lead of the India Enterprise Data Management POD and leads a team of Big Data engineers for building internal capabilities and assets by leveraging the latest & greatest in the world of technology. He is responsible for the delivery owner for large scale big data implementations. Raghav's past experience includes working as a Business Technology Manager at ZS Associates, where he led the delivery of technology consulting engagements primarily in the Big Data space. He was accountable for the overall successful execution of a project, client engagement, creating and managing project plans, review and approval of all technical decisions and architectures, establishing the communication protocols, effective team engagement, and ensuring that best practices and methodologies were followed across all client engagements. He was also involved in campus and in-market hiring activities to scale up the pool of Big Data experts in the capability center. Raghav holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Jammu. He is proficient in Big Data, AWS, Research Scientist, Spark, and Azure. Raghav is associated with the ZS Big Data Center of Excellence and leads one of the research and asset development wings. He is an expert in implementing data management platforms and data lakes across AWS and Azure clouds, including validated/GxP compliant solution deployments.
