Raghava Krishna is a seasoned technology professional with 14+ years of experience in designing and developing high-volume digital banking platforms using Java/J2ee, Spring MVC powered with React Js FED framework. He has also spent 3+ years in hands-on front-line engineering management, leading platform and business-critical Agile scrum teams in architecting and developing high-volume, scalable backed with highly responsive user experience features. Krishna has led the design, development, and transformation strategy of high-performance and mission-critical digital platforms powered by Omni channel experience. He has also driven strategic initiatives in building loosely coupled and high cohesive reusable components cutting across the digital platforms. Krishna is passionate about building relationships among stakeholders and materializing strategic initiatives. Currently, Krishna is serving as the Vice President of Software Engineering at JP Morgan. In his previous roles, he has worked with other reputed organizations like TCS and Wells Fargo. At TCS, he was an IT Analyst and was involved in gathering the XML field level requirements for the payable/receivable uploaded by the onboarding customers to FSCM Platform. At Wells Fargo, he served as a Technology Manager and was responsible for building sustainable agile teams with full end-to-end ownership of digital feature and platform scrums. Krishna's education history includes a BE degree in Electronics & Communications from Visvesvaraya Technological University. He has also gained expertise in various technologies such as Java, Spring, AI, AWS, Web, ReactJS, CI/CD, Jenkins, Integration, Apache storm, MongoDB, Kafka, Spring Boot, Redux, and Frontend. Overall, Krishna has relevant experience of 17.62 years in the technology industry and has proven expertise in leading and managing high-performance teams in delivering complex digital banking platforms.
