Raghavandaar Manikandan is a self-motivated graduate student with a keen interest in the field of IT, ERP, Supply Chain Management, and Process Engineering. He is actively seeking internships for Summer’22 and is open to exploring other avenues to expand his expertise. Raghavandaar has acquired exposure to business process areas in ERP, including order to cash, procure to pay, scheduling, kanban, and JIT. He also has hands-on experience in customization and development in the areas of process enhancements and controls, with significant ERP product development experience using Django framework. Currently working as a Software Engineer at Devoir Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, Raghavandaar has got exposure to discrete manufacturing with a focus on industries that are into fabrications and repetitive manufacturing like automotive industries. He was inducted into an ERP implementation project for one of the largest industrial fan manufacturing companies in India, where he played a techno-functional role comprising tasks such as understanding their business flow and mapping the process into ERP modules, modifying/customizing ERP to introduce process level controls, writing programs on business access queries and business process management tools to meet customer requirements, and writing reports on SSRS and Crystal reports. Raghavandaar has also worked as a Software Developer at Devoir Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, where he gained exposure to business processes, domain-specific nuances with relation to ERP, and orientation on project management principles. He participated in developing sub-modules/programs in Django framework along with other core tech team members and did quality, unit, and integration testing on the modules developed by their team. He underwent an Inplant training at BSNL on telecom, mobile communications, IP networking, broadband, and gained hands-on experience and knowledge on several topics such as network components used in broadband, mobile internet, billing, security and radiation effect, network performance of GSM, CDMA, 3G & 4G mobile communication, concepts of subnetting & supernetting, and telecom switching network. Raghavandaar holds a Master of Science degree in Information Technology and Management from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering. He also holds a High School Diploma from Sri Sankara Senior Secondary School.
