Raghavendra Agarwal is a seasoned Principal Member of Technical Staff at Altiostar Networks, Inc. with over 12 years of experience in software design, development, and integration in the telecom wireless domain. He has versatile experience in major technologies such as GSM, GPRS, UMTS, LTE (2G/2.5G/3G/4G/5G), air interface (WCDMA/OFDMA/SC-FDMA), access and core network, and exposure to LEO satellite communication. Raghavendra is proficient in C, C++, Python, shell scripting, and Linux OS, and has a strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, networking, OS, and IPC. He has experience in all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and is a fast learner with excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Raghavendra is a strong leader with multitasking abilities and team mentoring skills. He has demonstrated his expertise in multi-vendor global team coordination and project handling skills. Currently, he is working at Altiostar as a Principal Member of Technical Staff, where he is responsible for developing and integrating software for telecom wireless networks. He also worked on the L3 protocol stack layer design and development of gNB in 5G NR RAN-SA/NSA mode. Additionally, he worked on the Leo Satellite-based HNS-Globalstar project from India as a Technical Lead and SPOC. Raghavendra also worked as a Technical Leader at Aricent, where he worked on the Leo Satellite-based HNS-Globalstar project in Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA. He has a B-Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology and completed his 10th and 12th from J.N.S.V.M Inter College, Bareilly, with a focus on PCM. Raghavendra's technical expertise includes software engineering, senior software engineering, Python, and integration.
