Raghavendra Bhat is a technology professional with over 14 years of experience in the industry, specializing in product quality and system integration. He has a proven track record in complete hardware and software stack qualification in server and storage product companies. Raghavendra is an expert in server, storage, database, big data, benchmarks, and services across layers. Currently, Raghavendra is working as a Principal Engineer Storage at Dell, where he is leading and managing a team to ensure product quality by following the right test strategy, having the proper test coverage, automation accomplishment, and reducing the test gaps for embedded guest products of PowerMax storage. He is also focusing on building a high-performance team by providing technical guidance, mentoring, and encouraging individual development. Raghavendra is quick to adopt new processes and tools for better project management.
