He is currently the Business Area Head and General Manager at Bosch Software and Digital Solutions, where he is responsible for the P&L of the new age digital business, which includes IoT, Connected Products, and Bosch IoT Suite. Raghavendra has a proven track record of incubating and developing new revenue streams and business practices with new age technologies, such as Blockchain, AI, and IoT. Raghavendra is an expert in the European and US markets, with ten years of work experience in Germany. His domains of expertise include Automotive, Industrial, Retail, and Agriculture. He has established thought leadership for Bosch's Economy of Things vision and can establish credibility and work with 'C'-Level decision-makers in consulting and setting up new businesses. Raghavendra has held global sales responsibility for introducing Telematics products, Digital Engineering, and IoT solutions in Europe. He is an ardent Blockchain, IoT, and AI evangelist and has been an expert speaker evangelizing the convergence of these technologies at multiple industry events globally. Raghavendra has a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Marketing, and Transnational Business models from IIM and Executive Education in Strategy and International Business from ESADE. He also has a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum, and completed his High School education at St Marys Belgaum.
