Raghavendra Polanki is an accomplished engineering leader and co-founder of 3DPhy, with over 13 years of experience in the technology industry. He is a technology and leadership enthusiast with a strong focus on business applications and the ability to build scalable technologies and high-performing teams. Raghavendra has extensive engineering leadership experience in both startups and established MNCs, with a solid techno-managerial skillset. He has a proven track record of setting up high-performance technology teams from scratch and is proficient in envisioning futuristic products, researching, adapting, and training teams with new technologies. He has hands-on experience with various technology architectural designs, including MVC, Multi-tier, and Microservices, and multiple programming languages and stacks, including JavaScript, NoSQL, C, C++, Node.js, Express, ReactJs, Threejs, Android, and iOS app development. Currently, Raghavendra is working as a Software Engineering Manager for Looker, a business intelligence and data analytics tool by Google. He is responsible for leading the engineering team and ensuring that the product is delivered to the highest quality standards. Prior to joining Google, Raghavendra held senior leadership positions at Expedia and Elara, where he was responsible for software development and engineering management. He also played a pivotal role in the acquisition of 3DPhy by Proptiger, where he set up a dedicated 3D Visualization and AR/VR division and reported directly to the CTO of the company. Raghavendra holds an MTech degree in Visual Information & Embedded Systems from IIT and BE degrees in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Andhra University and Gitam College of Engineering. He is a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in JavaScript, NoSQL, iOS, Microservices, Software Engineering, NodeJS, ReactJS, and Android.
