Raghu Ram Chinthakrinda is a Junior Data Scientist with a passion for building financial products. He has extensive experience in data engineering, data modeling, and database administration, with a strong background in Python, R, SQL, PySpark, and AWS. Currently working at Innominds as a Junior Data Scientist, Raghu is playing a developer role in implementing the Index Evaluation Workbench project, which automates the existing traditional index evaluation process for NASDAQ - America's biggest stock exchange. During his involvement in this project, he has developed an internal R package with SparkR as a backend, developed several R functions to reduce the code reuse in the Index Models, identified data quality issues, and created an automation testing framework. Before joining Innominds, Raghu worked as an Associate Software Developer at Aspire Infolabs, where he used Python to build the model that matches skill deficiencies with local employer needs of middle-skill labor. He also worked as a Data Science Intern at Verexo Technologies Pvt. Ltd, where he worked on web scraping using Python and created a regression model for hotel room prices. Raghu is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Information Technology Design and Manufacturing, where he earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering-Design and Manufacturing. He also holds a Data Engineer Nano Degree from Udacity. In addition to his technical skills, Raghu is a highly motivated and responsible professional with a strong work ethic. He is always eager to learn new technologies and techniques and is committed to using his skills and knowledge to benefit his employer.
